About The Community

Century Oaks is a lifestyle
...not just a home.

Century Oaks has been a part of Biloxi, Mississippi since 1999. Our relaxing atmosphere is contagious, and you will feel it immediately when you see the graceful 100-year-old oak trees that line our streets and shade our homes.

The community is made up of 70 homes on 71 lots. Homes come up for sale from time to time.  Keep your eyes open and check the pages frequently.   In the Fall of 2017, we received our last new home which means there are no more lots available.  If you wish, you may call our office to put your name on a waiting list if you are interested in purchasing whichever home next becomes available. Many of the homes have been updated with new flooring, new appliances, new roofs, or sprinkler systems for their yards.  Typically the homes are from 1000 to 1750 square feet of living space with two or three bedrooms and two bathrooms.  Nearly all have a sun room, screen room, or a porch, and, a storage shed. Residents purchase the home and rent the land that the home sits on. The monthly rent bill includes property rental, trash pickup, sewage, and water (based upon usage).  Maintenance crews mow, edge, and fertilize the yards.

Within the gates of Century Oaks, there are card games of Euchre and Pinochle on Saturday nights, and other games such as Bunco, Mexican Train Dominoes, Wahoo along with card games of  Golf and Bridge played in the community room throughout the week. Each month we have a birthday party with cake to honor the residents with birthdays that month. Several times each year, residents get together for breakfasts, pot luck dinners, or evenings of hors d’oeurves. There is an old-fashioned, hometown atmosphere here that is enhanced by the knowledge that your neighbors are likely to enjoy the same activities and lifestyles.
